The following articles were written by local members and were compiled into an archival publication titled “History of Alcoholics Anonymous In the Orlando Area.” The creation of articles began in the late 1980s and continued through the early 1990s, and as such, some notes related to current states may be outdated.
However, in the interest of archival integrity, the words themselves have been maintained as they were written, with minor modifications added to denote years where available. Updates will come in future volumes, including photographs of buildings and other items of interest, but for now, it is our hope that this serves those who are interested in local AA history with a candid recollection by our membership.
